India: The Art of Having Your Picture Taken – Photos

If you are lucky enough to be in India with pale skin and blue eyes, chances are that somewhere along the way someone will want a picture taken with you. You will only have known them for a few seconds, but the encounter will be forever captured.

I can’t help but wonder what happens to all those photos. Do they end up on a mantel, a web profile, or lost in the bottom of a photographic heap? I have a feeling each has its own story.
